Low Season: from 01 JAN to 30 JUN and from 01 SEP to 31 DEC

High Season: from 01 JUL to 31 AUG. Traditional holidays including Carnaval, Easter, Santos' fair (November) and Christmas are also considered high season.

Check-in: from 15:00 to 19:00h, other time schedules may be arranged upon request subject on availability.

Checkout: until 12:00h

Obs: Room rates include house keeping service, between 12:00 and 13:30 provided that the room is available.
